Certification - Why you can trust us:

Every diamond we sell comes with its own "independant international or local diamond certificate". This document accompanies the diamond at all stages of the buying process, ensuring its authenticity.

As every diamond is distinctly individual, we refuse to accept the generic type certificates, which are often supplied in a retail environment. You can be sure the certificate you receive with your purchase is specific to that particular stone, because we explain every detail of the document so you will be fully aware of what you are viewing.

Further to this certification, when your piece of jewellery is completed, you will also receive an “Independent Valuation” by a registered National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) member, which will further confirm the quality of the diamond or gemstones as well as providing an accurate replacement value for insurance purposes.

We insist on this level of 'before & after' certification, as this is the best possible way of knowing that the independent documentation will be unquestionable proof that you can trust us. This allows you to sit back and enjoy the experience, it just doesn't get better than that!

Is all certification equal?

There are many types and levels of diamond certification supplied by the jewellery industry. 'Beware of in-house valuations and certificates', as these are often nothing more than "glorified receipts", which are written by the retailers themselves. Much like the purchase of a motor vehicle, you would be much more trusting of an inspection by an independent motoring body, as opposed to the dealer who is selling you the car.

I advise you to insist on nothing less than the very highest level of independent, qualified certification regardless of where you purchase diamonds, gemstones and jewellery. If it is not available, beware.
