1/ I have looked at a few diamond websites which have diamond inventory lists, why don't you?
The driving purpose of anyone selling from an online inventory list, is to sell you diamonds from that list. On the other hand we have no affiliation with any one list or supplier. This allows us to truly source diamonds on your behalf from an almost limitless collection of diamond supply. Click here to make diamond quote request>

2/ What is an "Ideal" cut?
The label "Ideal" is shamelessly attached to any diamond with a mis-match of information, this is designed to confuse and mislead the buyer. How can you have an "Ideal" diamond that comes with a Gemmological Institute of America (G.I.A.) Certificate of V/G - G (this stands for Very Good/ Good), when the top grading from G.I.A. is EX/EX (this stands for Excellent/Excellent). In actual fact, there is no such thing as an "Ideal" proportion, only an ideal range of proportions... For more information on the utmost important diamond quality, "the CUT" click here>

3/ Why do diamond prices vary so much for the diamond I am looking for?
Generally speaking, the most expensive way to purchase your diamond ring is through a retail shop as they have high overheads which equal high mark-ups! If you are looking at your diamond online and you are still finding a major price difference, then some alarm bells should be starting to ring. 5/ Alright, I've bought the diamond, how do I know it's still the same diamond in the finished ring?
Although all the diamonds we supply come with a leading diamond certificate; HRD, GIA, AGS, DCLA, GSL, this is only half the job... As a consumer you want full confidence that the completed ring or piece contains the same diamond that is stated on the diamond certificate. Every diamond ring we produce is supplied with a National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) certificate. What level of certification should you expect? Click here>

7/ I found a diamond at a bargain price, it's not certified but the seller is going to do one for me, is that OK?
"BUYER BEWARE" - If you consider yourself a diamond expert, with absolute confidence of identifying diamond qualities, then this may be acceptable... On the other hand, if you know that much about the international diamond market, then you would know there is no such thing as a "bargain diamond", if its cheap - there's a reason!
You can check with the (JAA) Jewellery Association of Australia for all acceptable 'diamond grading laboratories'. The following are generally accepted as the most reliable ones:
International; HRD, GIA, AGS.
National; GSL, DCLA.

8/ A lot of the websites I'm looking at call themselves "diamond wholesalers", you call yourself "diamond brokers" - what's the difference?
The word "Wholesaler" is about as mis-used as the word "Ideal". To be accurate we are "diamond brokers", put us to the test and see if there is any difference in cost for the equivalent "certified" diamond - you will find us to be extremely competitive! Request a diamond quote>
